Call us 30 minutes before you arrive. Our uniformed driver meets you at the terminal, inspects your car, and takes it to our secure compound.

We Return Your Car

Call us when you land, then again when you're ready to exit. Your driver will meet you with your car at the Meet & Greet point.

Departure Information

  • Once you book online you will receive your booking confirmation by email.
  • Call us 30 minutes before your arrival at the airport.
  • Your confirmation email contains all contact numbers and meeting point instructions.
  • One of our uniformed drivers will meet you at the designated Meet & Greet point.
  • Please hand over the car park ticket so the driver can exit the car park easily.
  • The driver will inspect your vehicle for any existing damage and record the mileage. Sign the paperwork and your vehicle will be driven to our secure compound.
  • Please hand over only your car key — keep your personal belongings with you.
  • Important: There are strict time restrictions at the Meet & Greet area. Please call 30 minutes before arriving to avoid delays.

Return Information

  • On your return, call us twice — once as soon as you land, and again after collecting your luggage when you are ready to exit the terminal.
  • Use the contact number found in your confirmation email or collection receipt.
  • Our driver will meet you at the designated Meet & Greet area.
  • Important: There is a strict 10-minute waiting time in the Meet & Greet area. Do not call the driver until you are ready to come out.
  • Inspect your vehicle with the driver and sign the paperwork if you are happy with its condition.
  • The driver may request identity verification to ensure the vehicle is returned to the right person.
